As a bartender I choose carefully each ingredient for my drinks, always looking for the natural and unique taste. My goal is to serve the drinks without artificial ingredients. That is how came the idea of MARTINELLI BITTER creation.
Inspired by the sweetness of the grapes from the Palatinate and the missing bitter note of the gentian, Tropical pepper, china roots and other spices which make the bitter so individual.
